R&D INNOVATION CAPABILITY
Powealthy has more than ten years of industrial and technical experience and has senior industrial professionals with more than ten years of work experience in famous enterprises such as China Southern Power Grid, Huawei, ZTE, Emerson and Maersk, and a core team with members from famous scientific research institutions such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and North China Electric Power University. Powealthy sticks to independent development and technical innovation: more than 40% of the staff of it are R&D personnel; it and Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University have jointly established a new energy storage research institution to develop PV, energy storage, charging and inspecting technologies.
MANUFACTURING AND DELIVERY CAPABILITY

Locating in Huizhou, the energy storage system intelligent production base of Powealthy, which covers more than 20,000㎡ and uses full-automatic flexible PACK assembly line and energy storage integration line employing the first-class processes in China, has an automatic energy storage factory with an annual productivity larger than 3GWh and an annual output value of USD$40 million.


Powealthy can develop and produce air-cooled energy storage products and liquid-cooled ones. Through strict process flows and quality management system, Powealthy can produce highly reliable and standardized energy storage products for diversified application scenarios and realize system integration and intelligent operation and maintenance for commercial and industrial energy storage power stations, PV, energy storage and charging stations and new energy resource energy storage power stations to provide total solutions for energy storage systems, and energy management service as well.

Master's degree

Graduated with a Master's degree in Power System and Automation from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2008.

From 2008 to 2015, worked as a technical researcher in power grid dispatching and smart distribution networks at Electricité de France (EDF) as part of the first group of professionals dispatched by the Southern Power Grid to study and work in France. Completed the first pilot project of distribution automation system in the Southern Power Grid at Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau, which reduced the outage time from 60 minutes to about 5 minutes, leading the international standard. Received awards for scientific and technological progress from Southern Power Grid and Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau, and obtained four authorized patents.

In 2015, co-founded one of the top ten energy storage system integration companies in China. Participated in national 863 key technology projects such as energy storage battery integration and Southern Power Grid's first distribution network-side energy storage, user-side energy storage, and coal-fired power plant joint energy storage frequency regulation projects. Our company received the title of China's Best Energy Storage System Integration Company for three consecutive years and was recognized as a National New and High-tech Enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Received investment from multiple well-known investment institutions, with an estimated valuation of over 500 million yuan.

Master's degree

Graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University, specializing in Power System Protection, in 2011.

Registered as a Certified Electrical Engineer, previously served as a Senior R&D Engineer in power system protection at two well-known domestic power system companies, namely NARI Relays and State Grid NARI.

Co-founded and served as the Director of R&D at one of the top ten energy storage system integrators in China. Responsible for the design, R&D, production, testing, and operation of containerized energy storage systems, as well as the design and development of various series of products, including containerized energy storage, substation energy storage, home energy storage, and overseas microgrid energy storage. Served as the overall technical leader for the National 863 Key Technology Project on Energy Storage, with energy storage products covering various application scenarios such as power generation, grid, users, and overseas energy storage. Responsible for overseas certifications of energy storage products such as UL and TUV, and obtained 26 related invention patents. The total capacity of the energy storage projects that have been put into operation exceeded 300 MWh.

Master's degree

From 2006 to 2010, worked at Guangfa Development Electric Power Co., Ltd. Lixin Thermal Power Plant, and became familiar with the technical expertise in power generation.

From 2011 to the present, served in well-known domestic relay protection companies, such as Changyuan Shenzhen Rui Co., Ltd. and an energy storage integration company, responsible for project management. Managed more than 100 comprehensive automation projects for substations and energy storage projects, accumulating rich experience in project management.

Master's degree

Graduated from Central South University in 2010 as a Senior Engineer.

From 2010 to 2018, worked at Guizhou Power Grid Dispatch, Shenzhen Dispatch, and Guangzhou Power Exchange Center, responsible for power generation scheduling, scheduling automation, Southern Power Grid regional electricity market, power spot and frequency regulation market rule-making, Southern Power Grid AGC, AVC, and two regulation technical specification rule-making, among others. As the project leader, completed Southern Power Grid's first grid-connected AGC for thermal power plants, the first 500 kV substation automatic voltage control capacitor direct control and provincial and regional automatic voltage coordination control projects, and won several awards, including the Southern Power Grid's Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress, Shenzhen Power Grid's First Prize for Technical Reform, and Guizhou Power Grid's First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress.

From 2019 to 2021, worked at a top ten domestic energy storage system integration company and was responsible for completing several major projects, including the ubiquitous IoT energy storage project (light-storage-charge), distribution network substation energy storage projects, and the first domestic 1C thermal power plant joint energy storage frequency modulation project. They were authorized for three invention patents.
